Making up for lost time.

I have been neglecting our blog like none other in the past few months and I feel horrible! Here is what has happened in the Anderson household since our last post:

1. Jacob and I both had our birthdays and had a good time sharing them with friends and family.

2.We stayed here over Thanksgiving break and went down to my sister's on Thanksgiving and had A LOT of really good food and definitely had a really good time with family.

3. A few days after Thanksgiving, Jacob and I went on a walk (a few miles worth of a walk). A couple of hours after we got home my knee swelled up like a balloon. Long story short -- it is still swollen to this day. =(

4. Jacob and I finished up the semester with A's and B's. Yay!!!

5. We went home to California and Oregon for Christmas and New Years. It was so much fun being with our families for the little time we could spend with them. It really makes me hate living in Idaho that much more...

6. I started work with Jacob at Bernett Research a few weeks back and I hate it. Haha. Not working with my husband, but just working there.

Yesterday was quite the busy and eventful day! First of all, it was our 6 month anniversary -- which is so hard to believe! It definitely doesn't feel like we've only been married a few months, it feels a lot longer... To end our lovely Sunday I got a call from my sister around 8, saying that her water had just broke. An hour later her and her husband were dropping off the kids for Jacob to watch and I was off to the hospital with them. After 6 hours at the hospital, my sister gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Brendan Charles, (at a whopping 8 pounds 11 ounces and 21 inches!) and everybody was ready for a nap. Haha. I went home at 5, slept for 4 hours, and then helped Jacob with the kids. It's been a long day, but it was so amazing to see and hold this precious child of God.

I'll try to do better on updating the blog more often...
